Encouragement is a simple yet profound act that can make a significant difference in someone's life. The purpose of encouragement is not about “what you get from it but what you give to some else.” Sara said.

Janice emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, as it helps cultivating interpersonal skills and self-management. With a straightforward and sincere personality, Janice ultimately defines her strength as a female leader in a male-dominant industry - Logistics and Transportation.
